What is confirmed today, and what we state in writing in your quote, before any payment.
This page summarises our rules. The signed rental contract prevails.
The service
- Type of rental
- Luxury cars without a driver (you drive). Need a chauffeur or a transfer? That is a separate service from our partner GoTouris.
- Who we are
- Moga Supercars is a brand operated by Multi-Star Trans SARL, Essaouira.
- Where the cars are
- Our team is in Essaouira. The cars are prepared by our partner fleet and delivered on booking: no car is permanently parked in Essaouira.
Booking
- How it works
- You send a request. We check the exact car for your dates, then send a written quote with every amount. The booking is confirmed once you agree and pay an advance.
- Exact car
- The quote names the exact car. If it is no longer available, we offer an alternative: you can refuse it and you owe nothing.
- Availability
- The website holds no car. Availability is confirmed only in writing, for your dates.
- Advance amount and balance
- Stated in your written quote
Prices
- Currency
- The price in dirhams (MAD) is binding. € and $ amounts are indicative (fixed reference rates: €1 = 10.8 MAD, $1 = 10 MAD).
- How the estimate works
- Daily rate × number of 24-hour periods (1-hour grace). The billing rule that applies is the one in your quote.

Delivery and return
- Delivery
- Free in Marrakech and Rabat. A fee depending on the car in Essaouira, Agadir and Casablanca. Elsewhere in Morocco: by distance and travel costs.

- Return somewhere else
- Possible on request. The collection fee is stated in the quote.
- Night hand-over (11 pm – 7 am)
- On request only: we confirm in writing whether it is possible.
- Essaouira medina
- Cars cannot enter the medina. We agree an accessible point near your riad with you.
- Essaouira-Mogador airport
- Give us your flight number: we agree the time and meeting point with you.

- Valid driving licence + passport (visitors) or CIN (Moroccan residents).

Deposit
- How it is paid
- Cash (MAD, EUR, GBP, USD) or crypto. No bank cards for now.

- Not to be confused
- The deposit is returned at the end of the rental if everything is in order. It is not the rental price and not the insurance excess.
